My favorite place to be is out on the water, on my paddle board with my dogs. When paddling 7 miles this summer on my 39th birthday, I kept seeing things I wanted to paint. One being the water Lilly. My dad every year on my birthday, which was always spent at my families camp on the water, would pick me a special white water Lilly for my birthday. I loved the way they smelled and it is a memory I think of every time I see one.
